Special Lecture

A Special Lecture by Prof. Takaaki Kajita, the 2015 Nobel Prize Laureate in Physics will be held on the first day of the Symposium 13:30-14:30 Monday, June 20, 2016.

JR East Pass

Details of the JR East Pass – a discounted ticket that can be used from both the Narita and Haneda Airports and on the Shinkansen from Tokyo to and from Niigata – updated in the Travel Information section.

Financial Support Application Deadline Extended

The financial support application deadline has been extended to May 15, 2016. Notification will be made by late May. Details on support conditions and the application process can be found here.

Abstract submission deadline extended to 22 February 2016.

Excursion Courses and Visa Assistance
